Campaigns

Visual automation workflows for action sequences.

At a glance

How it works

The Campaign Builder uses an n8n-style node system. Each workflow starts with a Trigger, then flows through actions (visit, connect, message), conditions (A/B test, filters) and timing (delay, waits). The executor processes each profile independently.

Scheduling lives in the bar above the canvas, inside the workflow. You pick it the way you would an appointment — every hour, day, week or month, on which days, at what time — and it only starts on its own once "Run on its own" is switched on. That switch exists nowhere else: the Cron schedule node on the canvas shows the same time and lets you change it, but it cannot turn the workflow on. Until you flip it, the card in the list says "Manual", which is what it means: it runs when you press Run.

Times follow the timezone set in your preferences, not UTC, so "every day at 8" stays at 8 even when the clocks change.

Publishing as a company Page needs no second login: the publish node lists the Pages you actually administer, read from your account, with a button to refresh it if you have just been given one. Leave the field empty and the post goes out under your own name.
